About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistants for flexible night placements in Warrington, Cheshire.
In this role, you will support residents during night shifts, ensuring they receive dignified, person-centered care and assistance. From monitoring wellbeing and following tailored care plans to providing gentle support and companionship, your work will ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with night-time care routines, mobility, and personal care.
Monitoring resident safety, comfort, and wellbeing during night hours.
Following tailored care plans to deliver consistent, person-centered care.
Assisting with night-time refreshments and hydration needs as required.
Providing flexible bank cover for annual leave, sickness, or peak times on night shifts.
About You
Experience: Previous experience caring for older adults in a residential or care home setting.
Attributes: Compassionate, empathetic, and dependable with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine dedication to delivering high standards of care.
