About the Role
We are recruiting a Bank Care Assistant to provide casual, flexible cover at Wheatlands Care Home in Much Wenlock.
In this fulfilling role, you will assist residents with their daily routines, personal care, and companionship. Offering complete flexibility over your schedule with a competitive hourly rate, this position allows you to fit work around your lifestyle while delivering high-quality, person-centred care when cover is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide flexible cover for planned absences, leave, and extra support across day or night shifts.
Assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and mealtime support according to individual care plans.
Spend meaningful one-to-one time with residents, fostering a warm, friendly, and supportive environment.
Maintain accurate care records and uphold safety and hygiene standards across the home.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will bring:
Previous experience caring for older adults (in a professional or personal capacity).
