What Is Required From You?

• Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is currently unavailable)

• Qualifications: Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)

• Availability: 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends

• Personal Attributes: A caring, confident team player with strong leadership qualities

What You Will Be Doing

• Leadership & Care Delivery: Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.

• Medication Management: Administer medication safely and accurately.

• Care Planning: Contribute to and review resident care plans.

• Engagement: Lead activities, outings, and meaningful daily engagement.

• Team Guidance: Support and guide team members, stepping up to lead when needed.
