Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour

About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant for Guildford House Care Home in Surrey.

In this vital care role, you will deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure seamless service continuity and comfort for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect are maintained at all times.

• Recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents (such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and signs of infection) and escalate any concerns in a timely manner.

• Act courteously toward residents and visitors, always respecting individual dignity and uniqueness.

• Practice safe systems of work across all tasks throughout your shift.
