As a Home Care Assistant, you will help with personal care, assist with everyday tasks, and provide comfort and reassurance, making a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those who rely on our services. About the Role & Location
Where You’ll Be Working: Community-based home care across Ross-on-Wye.
Working Shifts: Flexibility required to work alternating weekends.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Help with personal care and assist with everyday routines and tasks.
Provide comforting presence, reassurance, and friendly companionship.
What We Need From You
A kind, compassionate nature and great people skills.
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Availability to work alternating weekends.
Right to Work: Non-UK nationals must have the right to work in the UK with at least 12 months left on their visa (visa sponsorship is not available).
No experience? No problem! Full training is provided.
