As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant for Monkscroft Care Centre. Located in the heart of Cheltenham, this charming home offers outstanding, person-centred dementia and nursing care for up to 80 residents in a comfortable and friendly environment.
As a night carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the night. Alongside handling nighttime routines and personal care (such as washing, bathing, and toileting), you will bring warmth, comfort, and dignity to our residents, helping them maintain a peaceful and fulfilling lifestyle after dark.
Nighttime Support: Assist residents with personal care routines and night-time needs with dignity and respect.
Safety & Comfort: Monitor and maintain a calm, secure, and reassuring environment throughout the night hours.
Relationship Building: Form meaningful connections with residents, offering emotional comfort and reassurance whenever required.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the wider night care team to deliver consistently high standards of care.
Experience: Both experienced carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome to apply! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development.
