Your Role as a Scheme Supervisor
Tenant Support: Day-to-day running of tenant support within an Extra Care Scheme, ensuring a tailored support plan is in place and reviewed regularly for every tenant.
Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the accurate recording of incidents and reviewing these regularly with the Registered Manager.
Community Spirit: Promoting a strong sense of community spirit within your scheme between both tenants and staff.
Team Leadership: Ensuring effective rotas are in place for adequate care coverage, and that team members are appropriately trained to carry out their duties.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
Good knowledge of the care sector, preferably within a home care or extra care setting.
Solid knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks.
A QCF Diploma at Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Prior experience leading and engaging a team of care assistants.
