Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise care shifts, delegate daily duties, and carry out safe medication administration and recording.
Conduct risk assessments and case-manage residents in collaboration with families and healthcare specialists.
Mentor care assistants while actively supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and daily goals.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) alongside demonstrated experience leading and supervising others.
Strong organizational capability, digital literacy, and a solid understanding of care planning procedures.
Compassionate, resident-focused attitude paired with strong communication skills and leadership capability.
