Position: Occupational Therapist (Bank Role)
Location: The Clementine Churchill Hospital, Harrow

Salary: Up to £35.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a flexible Occupational Therapist for their Physiotherapy department.
This is a bank role operating on an "as and when required" basis, giving you complete schedule flexibility to supplement staffing levels during busy periods or provide essential cover for staff annual leave and absences. In this rewarding clinical role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, design individualised rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and safe discharge.
Patient Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental needs.
Rehabilitation Planning: Develop and implement bespoke treatment and rehabilitation plans aimed at maximizing patient independence in daily life.
Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver expert interventions such as functional skills training, cognitive rehabilitation, equipment provision, and environmental adaptations.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with physiotherapists, nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care and safe discharge planning.
MDT & Family Engagement: Participate actively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and liaise directly with patients, families, and carers to ensure shared decision-making.
Registration: Current HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
Education: BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Experience: Proven clinical background working in rehabilitation, acute hospital, or community settings.
Core Skills: Excellent clinical assessment, planning, and communication abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Criteria: Experience in specialist areas (such as neurology, orthopaedics, elderly care, or mental health); knowledge of home adaptations and equipment; familiarity with electronic health records; and prior private healthcare experience.
