Pay Rate: £14.89 per hour
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 17:00 – 00:30

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dynamic leadership and operational talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their state-of-the-art Warrington facility, we are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Line Leader for the PM shift to lead a high-risk production team, ensuring exceptional product quality and smooth day-to-day operations in a chilled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Production: Lead a team in a chilled and noisy environment to achieve daily production goals, maintain compliance checks, and deliver a "right first-time" approach.
Warehouse & Stock Management: Receive supplier deliveries, check goods off against delivery notes, prioritize order-wise system check-ins, monitor stock levels (reporting shortages immediately), and record returns correctly.
Safety & Standards: Follow strict instructions, wear required PPE, handle manufacturing equipment, and use initiative to solve problems while escalating appropriately.
What We Are Looking For
Communication & People Skills: Confident, clear communication with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate a team.
Experience & Mindset: Previous experience working to deliver a production plan, meet KPIs, and implement improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Core Attributes: A commitment to multi-skilling and team development, a solid understanding of health and safety practices, and the resilience to handle a physically demanding role involving standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
