About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Myton Food Group (part of Morrisons) to find a motivated Manufacturing Line Leader - Production for their site in Knaresborough.

As a Line Leader in our Production team, you will oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards to ensure consistency of delivery. You’ll provide the necessary tools and training to help colleagues understand key ways of working and site processes.

Listening to our team is vital, and you will take proactive action to solve issues, improve processes, and work flexibly to support other teams in simplifying how we operate.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

• Able to support and educate colleagues on correct procedures and drive continuous improvements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret written and numerical data

• Proactive in resolving operational issues and challenges

• Comfortable working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

• Must be over the school leaver's age
