Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted Medicines Management Lead, maintaining optimal pharmacy standards, medication dispensing, and clinical advisory services.

• Collaborate closely with consultant physicians, clinical teams, and patients to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care.

• Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy support across varied departments, including inpatient wards, outpatient services, and operating suites.

Requirements

• Active professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

• Proven post-qualification clinical pharmacy experience, preferably within a hospital environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedicated patient-first focus.
