We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals with great people skills and a proactive approach to join our team through Bridge Staffing Agency. In this role, you will be supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and complex care requirements in a unique supported living service in Chard, helping them live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.

What Is Required From You?
A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work in a bank support worker capacity.
