Pay Rate: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (19 hours per week, with alternate weekends to be discussed at interview)

As a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator working through our supportive bridge staffing agency at Elm Grove, you will act as the chief fun officer, creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for our residents. In this role, your creativity and infectious enthusiasm will bring people together through engaging hobbies, therapeutic activities, special events, and meaningful one-to-one connections that truly boost our residents' spirits and wellbeing.
Activity Planning & Delivery: Run morning and afternoon activity sessions, producing and updating a dynamic activity planner while managing a set budget.
Events & Community Engagement: Organise exciting events, birthday surprises, and days out, while liaising with external companies and local performers.
Therapeutic & 1-to-1 Sessions: Facilitate personalised interactions, including reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or simply sharing a cup of tea and a chat.
Social Media Support: Help showcase the home's vibrant community life by supporting social media channels as required.
A creative thinker full of fresh ideas, with the ability to manage budgets, paperwork, and competing priorities.
