The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-known global energy organization seeking to recruit an experienced HR Technology Project Consultant – Talent Acquisition for an initial 3–6 month contract.
In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between Talent Acquisition (TA) stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring that complex functional requirements translate directly into effective technology delivery. You will support a large-scale enterprise transformation modernizing TA platforms, processes, and operating models through Workday Recruiting optimization, AI-enabled capabilities, and digital automation.
Key Responsibilities
Translate Talent Acquisition needs into delivery-ready, actionable technical requirements.
Support solution design across Workday, AI solutions, and digital automation streams.
Partner closely with Product Owners and agile squads within a product- and squad-based delivery model.
Collaborate seamlessly with TA leaders, HR stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external technology vendors.
Balance pace, quality, risk, and enterprise governance across interdependent workstreams.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering IT-led HR or Talent technology projects (e.g., system implementations, platform optimization, AI-enabled solutions, or automation initiatives).
Strong functional knowledge of Talent Acquisition or wider HR functions.
Experience operating in complex IT delivery or agile enterprise transformation environments.
Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Please note: This role requires direct technology delivery experience; purely functional TA backgrounds without IT transformation exposure will not be suitable.
Prior experience in the oil, gas, or energy sectors is beneficial but not essential.
Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
