Pay Rate: Up to £13.78 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available)

About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find compassionate care assistants for The Lakes Care Centre in Cirencester.
This 64-bed home offers day, respite, residential, and specialist dementia care in a comfortable, welcoming setting. Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will make a genuine, daily impact. From helping with personal care and daily routines to sharing laughs and creating lasting memories, you’ll help residents live happy, fulfilled lives while becoming part of a warm, extended family team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
