Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (25-Hour Contract)

Shifts: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Flexibility required on weekends)

The Role: What You’ll Do

This isn’t just stacking shelves. This is making sure families in the community have access to fresh, high-quality food every single day. Working through the night as a collaborative retail team, you will ensure the store is immaculate and fully stocked before the doors even open.

• Unpack & Stock: Precisely unpack deliveries through the night across weekdays and weekends.

• Maintain Freshness: Independently carry out regular freshness checks and ensure strict stock rotation.

• Keep it Spick & Span: Maintain exceptional cleanliness across the entire store, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

• Support Logistics: Ensure all delivery access areas are clear, safe, and ready for incoming drivers.

• Prep Merchandising: Help organise specific in-store areas for exciting upcoming promotions and special offers.

What You’ll Need

• Knowledge or experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail, even when working quickly.

• Self-motivation and the drive to work hard independently and as part of a night crew.

• The ability to react positively to changing priorities during a shift.

• Ideally, previous experience working night shifts.
