Activities Coordinator - Care Home

Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator on behalf of our client for Cedars Care Home in Bourne. In this full-time role, you will design, organize, and deliver vibrant activity programmes that enhance resident wellbeing, promote independence, and build strong social connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and facilitate tailored group and one-on-one activity plans that suit individual interests, hobbies, and abilities.

• Build strong personal relationships with residents and their families to customize activity experiences.

• Organize community outings and events to promote local social engagement and participation.

Requirements

• Warm, empathetic, and personable approach paired with strong organizational skills and infectious enthusiasm.

• Creative mindset with the ability to inspire residents and staff to participate in varied daily activities.

• Prior experience in an activity or care role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
