Domestic Assistant (Day)

As a Domestic Assistant (Day), you will carry out daily, weekly, and scheduled deep cleaning routines across resident bedrooms, communal spaces, and facilities. Operating in full compliance with COSHH safety regulations and hygiene standards, you will maintain a safe environment while interacting warmly with residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily cleaning of furniture, fittings, flooring, walls, en-suite bathrooms, toilets, and shared living areas.

• Safely collect and dispose of general and clinical waste daily while carrying out carpet maintenance and scheduled internal window cleaning.

• Restock paper products and soap dispensers while ensuring all cleaning chemicals are stored safely in line with COSHH requirements.

Requirements

• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in working within a residential care environment.

• Good task prioritization, time management, and communication skills within a physically active setting.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Aylesbury, UK.
