Position: Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location: London Medical, W1U 5HJ (Onsite in London's medical district)
Salary: Circa £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Monday-Friday rota between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, including a minimum of two late shifts per week)

As our Receptionist, you will be the face of London Medical, playing a key role in making every customer's visit comfortable and seamless. Beyond front-of-house greeting, you will handle vital back-office administration, billing, and clinical support to ensure patients receive exceptional service from arrival through to post-clinic follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly at reception, ensuring appointments run smoothly and maintaining a well-presented, welcoming environment.
Support clinical staff by preparing client files, scanning documents, and managing post, calls, emails, and deliveries.
Handle billing information, patient consents, invoice preparation, and timely account collections according to clinic protocols.
Liaise with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are issued within required timeframes.
Proven experience delivering exceptional, client-focused customer service in person (e.g., in retail, hospitality, or a similar receptionist role).
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and put people at ease.
Great time management and flexibility to handle rotating shift patterns and switch tasks throughout your shift.
Solid computing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office packages, paired with meticulous attention to detail for administrative duties.
