Support Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to source dedicated and compassionate talent. We are currently recruiting a Night Care Assistant for Bayleaf Care Home on a flexible, bank worker basis.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will help residents enjoy their nights and mornings by providing top-tier personal care, emotional support, and genuine companionship. Every shift is unique—ranging from assisting with nutrition and hydration to following personalized care plans and offering meaningful one-to-one time.

Experience: Previous experience caring for older people.
