Shift Pattern: AM/PM shifts between 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a proactive and people-focused Online Team Leader for their store in Penrith.

Are you good with people and a natural leader, or a great customer assistant looking for the next step in your career? As an Online Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our in-store Online team, leading performance, building an engaging department environment, and ensuring all customer orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered smoothly and on time.

(Please note: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Build and develop a high-performing team, coaching colleagues to build confidence, competence, and outstanding customer service.

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily workloads and ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within required timescales with minimal substitutions.

• Process Improvement: Analyse department data to identify opportunities to simplify workflows, boost efficiency, and mitigate risks.

• Compliance: Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly followed.

About You

We are looking for natural leaders with strong organizational skills who can manage tight deadlines and build effective, supportive relationships.

Essential Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Experience in developing and leading teams, with a track record of coaching for high performance.

• Operational Know-How: Strong operational and technical knowledge of an online retail or grocery environment.

• Planning & Organization: Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage workloads for yourself and direct reports under strict deadlines.

• Relationship Building: Great interpersonal skills with a helpful, friendly, and approachable style.
