Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Bradford Council to recruit a qualified and experienced Senior Tutor for Adult Health and Social Care for Skills for Work—Bradford's Council training and skills provider delivering high-quality education and training from Entry Level to Level 5.
In this peripatetic teaching and learning role, you will deliver an extensive range of learning and skills courses—including Adult Health and Social Care alongside basic English and Maths—to a wide variety of learners including families, unemployed and employed adults, and apprentices across diverse settings throughout the district.
As Senior Tutor for Adult Health and Social Care, you will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and monitoring training experiences to maximize learner retention and timely achievement. Key responsibilities include:
Teaching & Curriculum Delivery: Providing high-quality peripatetic teaching and learning in Adult Health and Social Care across schools, employer premises, and community settings.
Course Development: Developing and delivering an extensive range of learning and skills courses (including basic English and Maths) tailored to meet the needs of learners and employers.
Progress Monitoring: Planning practical training experiences, monitoring and reviewing learner progress throughout their training period, and ensuring timely achievement of learning aims.
Compliance & Standards: Ensuring that all contract and awarding body regulations, procedures, and quality standards are strictly followed at all times.
We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced education professionals who bring:
Relevant qualifications and a proven track record in teaching or training within Adult Health and Social Care.
Strong experience in planning practical training, monitoring learner progress, and supporting retention and achievement.
Familiarity with awarding body regulations and educational compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
