As a "school without walls," Field Gate offers child-centred, bespoke education packages. Work directly with SEMH students aged 6–18 within a trauma-informed, therapeutic practice model.
Support local 1 ACE alternative education provisions when required.
Help children build trust, resilience, and emotional wellbeing alongside academic progress.
Collaborate closely with an experienced leadership team committed to student welfare and professional growth.
Good written, IT, and communication skills, with a patient, active-listening approach.
Experience working within a specialist education provision, alternative setting, or a deep passion for making a difference.
Essential requirements: A valid UK driving licence (essential for community outreach work) and the Right to Work in the UK.
Empathy, resilience, and a dedication to turning children's lives around.
