Role: Maintenance Assistant (Permanent)
Location: Snowdrop Place Care Home, Pavilion Road, Southampton, SO30 2ZS
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 20.00 hours per week (Day Shifts)
Closing Date: 1 September 2026
About the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant at Snowdrop Place, you will help create safe, attractive, and welcoming surroundings that enable our residents to receive the quality care they deserve. You will ensure the home always gives the right first impression by keeping the building and grounds in top condition.
Every day brings plenty of variety. Your responsibilities will include:
Undertaking a diverse range of property maintenance tasks.
Ensuring the building and grounds are well-maintained and at their best all day, every day.
Supporting a safe, functional environment for both residents and staff.
About You
