Working night shifts, you will lead clinical care, support your colleagues, and help residents maintain their independence while ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding nursing care while assessing, implementing, and reviewing personalised care plans.

• Lead and support the care team by providing clinical guidance and maintaining high care standards.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and ensure compliance with clinical policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration with a current nursing pin.

• Strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and leadership skills.
