Position: HGV Class 2 Driver Loader
Location: Station Rd, Ash Vale, Aldershot, GU12 5QD
Salary/Rate: £36,050.88 per annum (£15.35 per hour) + £25 per day lone worker bonus + enhanced overtime rates
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 04:45 AM – 14:30 PM)

About the Role
We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit an enthusiastic HGV Driver Loader for their team in Aldershot. Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operation: Safely drive and operate fleet vehicles, handling the loading of bins and collecting industrial and commercial waste from customers.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working effectively both independently and as part of a hard-working, supportive team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all customer and company health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
Working Pattern & Lone Working: Contracted 45 hours per week with 04:45 AM starts, carrying out lone working responsibilities alongside vehicle operation across box trucks, dust carts, and RORO vehicles.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid LGV Category C (Class 2) licence, a valid DQC (CPC) card, and a valid tachograph card are all essential. (Newly qualified drivers are very welcome to apply!)
Experience: Previous waste industry experience or familiarity with specialized vehicles is desirable, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a positive, safety-conscious attitude.
