Role Overview

As a Retail Shift Manager (Night Shift), you will ensure the store maintains its exceptional standards behind the scenes while the doors are closed. You will motivate your team, delegate critical tasks, and roll up your sleeves to manage freshness, inventory, and stock flow so the store is completely ready for the next day's shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and guide your shift team, fostering an environment where everyone can succeed.

• Operational Flow: Handle cash processes, stock management, and freshness checks to guarantee seamless shift execution.

• Store Management: Take charge of store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store and Deputy Store Managers.

• Problem Solving: Act quickly to resolve issues, delegate effectively, and keep calm under pressure.

What You Will Receive
