What You Will Do
Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
Support residents with personal care, daily living, and promoting independence and wellbeing
Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
What We Are Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in social care
QCF Level 2 qualification (or above)
Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Full-time availability for 42 hours per week on day shifts, including alternate weekends
