Care Team Leader

As a Care Team Leader, you will manage floor operations during shifts, direct care staff, and collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding residents, carrying out risk assessments, maintaining individualized care plans, and maintaining high clinical standards across the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift activities, delegate duties, and safely administer and record resident medications.

• Case manage residents, perform risk assessments, and liaise with families and healthcare specialists to refine care plans.

• Work closely with senior management to enhance service quality while working alongside care assistants on the floor.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, along with proven leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a solid understanding of care planning workflows.
