We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, personalized care to residents on both day and night shifts. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, welcoming, and dignified environment where residents feel genuinely valued and supported.
Working as part of a close-knit care team, your daily efforts will center on helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and personal wellbeing. Whether assisting with everyday practical needs or offering warm companionship, you will help build a positive and comforting atmosphere for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide gentle support with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime assistance, with kindness and respect.
Help maintain individual care plans, ensuring each resident's unique personal needs and preferences are accurately reflected and met.
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents to foster a reassuring sense of community, security, and emotional comfort.
Requirements
Passionate, reliable, and organized individual dedicated to supporting elderly residents with exemplary care.
Excellent verbal communication skills and full flexibility to work day and night shift rotations.
Valid right to work in the UK and reside within a practical commutable distance to Macclesfield, UK.
