Design and distribute newsletters to residents and their families, keeping everyone updated on upcoming events and activities.
Implement a dynamic monthly calendar filled with engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, themed days and nights, outside entertainment, interactive games, and local excursions.
Collaborate closely with the care team to support residents' social enhancement, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Promote the home and its community events across social media channels to encourage local interaction and involvement.
Competitive hourly pay rate of £12.80 on a flexible bank basis.
Accrued holiday pay (pro-rata equivalent to 5.6 weeks).
