Activities Co-ordinator - Permanent Contract (Agency Staffing via Bridge Staffing Agency)
Location: Larkrise Care Centre, Prescott Close, Banbury, OX16 0RD
Pay Rate: £14.18 per hour (with Weekend Enhancements available)
Contract Type: Permanent / 15 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mondays & Sundays)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Larkrise Care Centre, tucked away on a quiet street in Banbury. Larkrise offers compassionate, individualised care for up to 60 residents in a calm and friendly setting, providing residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care with a special focus on supporting those living with dementia.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Permanent Activities Co-Ordinator (15 hours per week) to bring joy, vibrancy, and connection to our residents' lives. You will design and deliver a stimulating programme of events tailored to individual needs, helping residents maintain their independence, pursue hobbies, and make wonderful new memories.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous background in organising events, activities, or working with elderly people in a residential or nursing care setting.
Personality & Passion: Confident in engaging residents on both a group and one-to-one basis, with a natural flair for building community links and encouraging family and team participation.
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent part-time contract working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Mondays and Sundays.
