Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour (with higher rates of pay at weekends)
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible Hours (0 guaranteed hours, offering complete schedule freedom)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Apple Trees Care and Reablement Centre in Grantham, which offers compassionate residential, intermediate, dementia, and respite care for 64 residents in warm and comfortable surroundings.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents lead happy and fulfilled lives. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, companionship, and engaging activities, while also helping with light household duties to keep living spaces clean and tidy.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience: Holding a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with a proven track record in elderly care.
Personality & Attitude: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with others, and a passion for delivering exceptional care standards.
Flexibility: Looking for bank work that allows you to choose your shifts and work around your personal schedule.
