What You Will Do
Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
Support residents with personal care while maintaining their dignity and independence
Administer medication safely and accurately
Contribute to and review care plans
Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
What We Are Looking For
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3)
A caring, confident team player with natural leadership qualities
Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Flexibility to work 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
