Advertising Rate: Competitive Agency Rates (Based on an hourly rate of £15.00 per hour)

Hours: Part-time temporary agency night shifts (Tuesday: 19:00 – 06:00; Wednesday: 19:00 – 06:00)

We are currently recruiting a compassionate Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a young client living with her family (parents and older siblings) in East Malling.

Key Responsibilities

• Person-Centred Night Care: Provide high-quality, attentive care tailored to the client's routines and emotional wellbeing during night shifts.

• Specialist Clinical Support: Monitor and deliver clinical care, with prior experience and awareness of oral suctioning and tracheostomy care strongly preferred.

• Engagement & Interaction: Respond to communication cues, build strong rapport, and encourage participation in comforting activities such as reading, arts, and crafts where appropriate.

• Promoting Independence & Choice: Foster a calm, safe, and supportive environment that champions the client's independence and choices.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:

• Previous care experience with an awareness or background in complex clinical tasks (suctioning and tracheostomy experience preferred).

• A warm, energetic, and confident disposition.

• Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this placement).
