Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding permanent opportunity on night shifts? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the team at Hunters Care Centre.
In this role, you will play a vital part in looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve in a safe and supportive environment.
Pay Rate: £24.86 per hour
Hours: 48.00 hours per week (Permanent)
Shifts: Nights (8:00 PM – 8:00 မိ8:00 AM, alternating weekends)
Closing Date: 2 September 2026
Key Responsibilities
Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs.
Make critical clinical decisions using sound professional judgement.
Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administer medication safely and oversee clinical excellence across all tasks.
Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Current NMC Registration.
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Proven experience in producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
