Employment Type: Permanent | Part-Time (15 Hours per week) | Fully flexible shifts (varying from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM)

About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, hands-on Customer Assistant for their Holbrooks store in Coventry.
Whether you are preparing and serving meals in the Café or working on Market Street crafting pizzas, fresh fish, or meat counters, you will play an essential role in making every customer's daily experience special. You will operate in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, and receive cross-training across other departments such as Replenishment and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food across Market Street counters and the in-store Café.
Customer Care: Go above and beyond to support customers, resolve queries, and put their needs first.
Store Efficiency: Follow structured routines and timed activities to ensure product availability and smooth daily operations.
Flexibility & Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly across different store areas, including customer service and stock replenishment, as required.
