In this role, you will provide cover as needed (such as for annual or sick leave), looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents while exercising your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
Pay Rate: Up to £20.08 per hour
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role)
Shifts: Days or Nights available

Key Responsibilities
Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to deliver top-tier care.
Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals with a range of physical and mental needs.
Make critical clinical decisions using sound professional judgement.
Develop tailored care plans, conduct detailed risk assessments, and administer medications safely.
Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Current NMC Registration (RGN or RMN).
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices.
Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
