Day Care Assistant: £12.85 per hour (Maternity cover: 42 hours per week, 8 am to 8 pm on a two-week rolling rota including alternate weekends).
Night Care Assistant: £13.35 per hour (36 hours per week, 8 pm to 8 am on a two-week rolling rota including alternate weekends).

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:
Person-Centred Care: Supporting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice.
Care Planning: Contributing to care reviews to ensure support plans reflect individual needs.
Medication Support: Administering medication safely and in line with procedures.
Activities & Companionship: Taking part in social activities, outings, and meaningful engagement within the home.
Team Support: Helping new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when required.
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (Note: Under new guidance, we are unable to accept skilled or student visas).

Previous care experience is preferred (especially for the night role), however, fully funded training is provided.
