The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be right at the heart of our home, providing vital daily support that champions dignity and wellbeing. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of personalized care, from companionship to clinical observation and recreational engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident wellbeing, carefully documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with required legislation and care plans.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, assisting them to eat and drink according to individual care plans.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal standards.
What We Are Looking For
A motivated, positive, and enthusiastic professional with great interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
