About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, reliable individuals for their retail replenishment team in Speke, Liverpool.

In this role, you will work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. You will thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that keep everything running smoothly. Because some shifts can start from 4:00 AM, this role is ideal for early birds who enjoy staying active and making sure customers can get what they need, when they need it. Plus, you’ll receive training to support other store departments like Market Street or Customer Service, making you a vital multi-skilled team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep store shelves fully stocked and impeccably presented with fresh and ambient products.

• Follow structured routines and timed activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Manage early morning shift starts (from 4:00 AM) efficiently and reliably.

• Provide flexible support across other store teams, such as Market Street or Customer Service, whenever needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all operational processes.
