Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to source a dedicated, resilient, and confident Deputy Store Manager.

In this role, you will be a trusted leader on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you will play a huge part in creating a high-performing workplace. When the Store Manager is absent, you will take full ownership of the store, leading by example and supporting your team to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

• Set a spectacular example for the store team and customers alike.

• Independently manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Motivate, develop, and support team members while upholding company values.

• Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle queries with a friendly, approachable attitude.

• Competently comply with all Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
