About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is currently recruiting Key Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading prepared foods factory located just outside of Lincoln.
In this vital role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of production lines. You will ensure machinery is set up correctly, operated efficiently, and monitored continuously to maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and output targets.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing production lines to keep operations flowing smoothly.
Setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery throughout the shift.
Identifying and resolving minor mechanical or operational issues proactively.
Escalating complex faults when necessary and completing required documentation accurately.
Ensuring all equipment is utilized strictly in line with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Shift Pattern
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 06:00 AM – Finish (Approx. 12-hour shifts)
Benefit: Every other weekend off!
Skills & Experience Required
Great communication skills, combined with the confidence to lead and motivate others.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience working within a food manufacturing or production environment.
Hands-on experience operating, monitoring, or overseeing machinery on a fast-paced production line.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement.
