Role Overview
As a Retail Shift Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining Lidl's high standards day in and day out. You will motivate your team, take charge of the shop floor, and ensure that every shift runs smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Motivate and support your colleagues, using Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles to guide daily success.
Operational Flow: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to keep the store running seamlessly.
Store Management: Take charge of store operations and guide your team in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Customer Experience: Ensure every shopper receives the absolute best experience during their visit.

What You Will Receive
