Support Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with essential environmental services teams to connect dedicated individuals with rewarding outdoor roles. We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and reliable Refuse and Recycling Loader to provide a vital waste collection service on behalf of residents and businesses across Charnwood.
In this public-facing role, you will work alongside an experienced driver on pre-planned routes, helping to keep local streets, homes, and public spaces clean, safe, and tidy while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
Collection Rounds: Set off on pre-planned routes with your driver teammate, safely collecting waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties.
Community Representation: Act as a proud, professional, and friendly public face of the environmental services team within the local community.
Environmental Standards: Help maintain clean, safe, and beautiful neighborhoods through dedicated physical teamwork and efficient service delivery.
Team Collaboration: Support your crew in hitting daily performance targets with a proactive, punctuality-focused attitude.

What We Offer You
Competitive Pay: £26,462.27 per annum (£13.36/hr) with enhanced overtime rates (time-and-a-half Saturdays, double-time Sundays and bank holidays).
Leave Allowance: 24 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (with alternative day-off-in-lieu and double-time if worked), plus enhanced Christmas pay.
