Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality clinical care, including safe administration of medication, clinical assessments, and formulating detailed person-centered care plans.
Exercise professional judgment in complex clinical scenarios to maintain high safety, dignity, and care standards for all residents.
Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering closely to MCA, DoLS, and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines within daily nursing practice.
Requirements
Active and valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Sound knowledge of contemporary clinical practices, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (MCA/DoLS).
Outstanding clinical decision-making abilities coupled with a compassionate, person-centered approach.
