Location: Milton Keynes Supported Living Service (Office 1, Lakeview House, Bletchley, MK1 1FB)
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (0 hours / flexible shifts)
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find dedicated, compassionate Support Workers for their Milton Keynes Supported Living service.
In this role, you will make a genuine, daily difference by helping residents with daily routines, personal care, and companionship. Whether you are joining in on engaging activities or assisting with light household duties, your positive energy will help residents lead happy, fulfilled, and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and support with daily routines and personal care.
Offer meaningful companionship and encourage participation in fun, engaging activities.
Carry out light household duties to ensure a clean, tidy environment, involving residents wherever appropriate.
Build lasting, positive relationships while helping residents navigate their daily lives with dignity.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Ideally holding (or willing to work towards) a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience: A commitment to high-quality care standards and a passion for supporting others.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
