Position: HGV 2 Driver / Loader
Location: Kirk Sandall Industrial Estate, Doncaster, DN3 1QR
Salary: £30,190.09 per annum + £3,723.20 annual weekly bonus (£71.60 per week) + overtime opportunities
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Friday / various start times between 06:30 – 17:30)

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operation: Safely drive and operate vehicles to collect household waste and recycling from residents across Doncaster.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of customer service while working efficiently as part of a hard-working team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Working Pattern: Contracted 40 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday, with shifts starting between 06:30 and 17:30), featuring regular opportunities to earn enhanced overtime pay.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid LGV Category C (Class 2) licence and a valid CPC card are essential. (Newly qualified drivers are welcome!)
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a team-player attitude.
Experience: Previous waste industry experience or familiarity with Stillage Vehicles, Kerbside Loaders, and RCVs is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
