Support Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with justice and public service providers to connect dedicated professionals with meaningful roles that drive positive change. We are currently recruiting an empathetic and driven Interventions Facilitator to join our team at HMP Doncaster.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver accredited and non-critical offending behaviour programmes that support rehabilitation. Using evidence-based approaches, you’ll help individuals reflect on their actions, overcome barriers, and develop the skills and confidence needed to build a safer, more positive future for themselves and their communities.
Programme Delivery: Deliver structured group and one-to-one programme sessions using core psychological principles and motivational techniques.
Participant Assessments: Assess participants’ readiness for treatment and identify individual responsivity needs.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely records, including session notes and post-programme evaluation reports.
Rapport Building: Build positive, professional relationships that encourage engagement, trust, and behavioral change.
Continuous Development: Reflect on your practice across core competencies, attend supervision sessions, complete mandatory training, and support broader establishment objectives.
Experience: Proven experience facilitating group work and/or supporting individuals with complex or challenging needs.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and motivate individuals who may be resistant to change.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage a varied and demanding workload effectively.
